Its the drivers, try a different build of them. I have had this happen to a few computers of mine. Just had to use a different (newer or even a little older) and it was fixed

Resolution keeps changing?
After a restart, sleep, hybernation, etc... My resolution would change to one of the lowest options from 1680x1050...
