Rig Part Out

Parting out most of my sig rig.

Here is what im looking to get appraised:
Biostar TA870+ v5.2
Athlon II x4 640
4GB of DDR3 Wintec AMPX 1333
An EVGA GTX 460 1GB SSC+ (I run it at 900/1800/2000 and it never tops 74C)
OCZ ModXStreme 500 Watt and all cables
Cooler Master 690 II Advanced

Ive got an rough idea of the prices, but I want OCN members to chime in.

RAM = $30-40
GPU = $100-120
Monitor = $100

What do you guys think I could make selling it on Craigslist?
Remember, No monitor and probably no HDDs.

Board - $55-60 shipped
Chip - $65-70 shipped
RAM - $30-35 shipped
PSU - $40-45 shipped
Card - $140 shipped
Case - $65 shipped

Might be worth just keeping the case unless you can sell local - unless it's a pretty desirable case / highly valuable shipping costs usually kill it.
