This PC is absolute and complete overkill for this game. It is running faster than Fraps can clock (which I have set at 300)! XD

The system I am running it on is below in sig

There's a fix to cap the FPS. Just look around the net its easy to find.

Wanna see it super awesome...Play it in epsxe 1.5.6 without a frames limiter on. Mine runs at almost 400fps at 1024 x 768 resolution. I had to turn the limiter on just to be able to navigate the menus because it would scroll too fast.

XD! I use pSX because it has a frame limiter built in >.> But still it is awesome. I also already know how to change the max FPS in fraps, I just choose not too since most of my games never are played beyond that.
