Dear community,

I overcloked my 3930k up to 4,6Ghz at a constant voltage of 1,35V. I´ve enabled Intels
SpeedStep but my VCOre is still at a level between 1,348 and 1,355.. I set the BIOS
to default again, tried just the Overclocking with the voltage for automatically downlocking
if the CPU isn´t in need of 4600MHZ but it didn´t help.. reinstalled CPU-Z and used
other monitors, all show the same.

Could someone help me out?

You will need to use voltage offset in the BIOS

You should google offset voltage and your motherboard model, but as said above, use offset voltage.
