Anyone had an RMA with Asus? Would like to hear your impressions and results.

I have done three RMA's with Asus on their ROG boards and never had an issue, went very smoothly.
I RMAed a P5Q, I think, and it was very fast and smooth. Just painless.

I also had 2 different RMAs with them. Had no trouble. It took about 5 weeks though. Both times.
Thanks for your feedback. I got a unit but it was damaged badly upon arrival so I am waiting on a second replacement.
I have had great service from them. The trick is, get them on the phone!

One nice thing about having an ROG board (ASUS Rupublic Of Gamers brand) is that they offer cross shipping for the first year. So you dont have to wait 2-3 weeks for an RMA replacement.

ASUS direct RMA number:
(510) 739-3777

What kind of issues are you having?
There is a lot of buzz sounds coming from the capacitors in the pci-e region and have ruled out everything else.
I sent in an M2N32-SLI Deluxe and got back my current Crosshair II Formula. I would say that was a favorable experience

I am glad to hear so many of you had great experiences with ASUS RMA, I on the other had had a horrible time when I had to RMA my old Crosshair, the first time they sent a bad board back, the second time, one of the NIC's wasn't working on the board, and the thirs time I got a working board, it just looked like crap discolored PCIE Slots ETC ETC
very smooth, no questions asked. was trough etailer though.
