RMA Ram??

i just blue screened here is the error i have recieved

I wouldn't run off and RMA because your pc BSOD'ed once. See if it does it consistently and also what kind of mods have you, OC'ed, switched BIOS voltages or settings. If so try changing those to see if that corrects it. Or maybe your pc just had a once in lifetime hiccup. I would look more into tho before going thru the hassle of RMAing. Good luck in any case!
Some Balistix DDR2 kits are prone to failure. Make sure timings/voltage is set right and you may need to bump some voltage (I'm not familiar with s775, but on AMD it would be northbridge voltage.) Test each stick individually to isolate the problem and then RMA if found necessary.
ive gotten this bsod 2 times now. and last night i ran memtest and i got over 900 errors. i only ran it for a hour

If memtest spams you with errors it's time to RMA (unless you are running the ram at wrong settings). If you have 2 pairs of 2x2GB each you have to RMA one of the pairs, so find out which stick has gone bad first by taking out a set.
