Hi folks
I made my system in last week. I spent many hours and effort but i couldn't tweak my ram frequency and timings. Even i'm not very stable in my ram's stock frequency (7600mhz)
My system:
Asus ROG strix Z790E Gaming
Intel 13900KF
Gskill (2x16GB) Trident Z5RGB 7600MHz CL36D

I'm very stable 7400mhz with XMP2 profile. I can boot 7600-7800 even 8000mhz. But it wasn't stable. I put 1,4v Rams and 1,350v for memory controller. All other bios options default.
I need to improve my timing and ram stability but i didn't success. Is anybody advice some settings on bios or anything else.
And i wonder what is the maximum safe temperatures for DDR5 Rams. I noticed that while stress test on my rams is about 63-64 degree. (more than 1 hours TestMem5 absolute test)
Best regards

I also open same topic in Reddit. There is another couple person has same trouble. Even here some people same.
Such a shame for Asus. They should fix peoples problem for Z790 boards and DDR5 rams.
What is the reason to buy 7600mhz ram and use 6200-6600-7000mhz.
Still seeking some bios settings or new bios update.

@MMANHB and @claudiomp
We try to run our ram's stock frequency and stock timing, Even mobo officially supporting 7800mhz DDR5 Rams. This is not overclocking attempt.
Can you explain why you think ROG Strix Z790-E is not good for overclocking?

I tested quite high voltages. Around 1,50-1,60v. 7600-7800 and 8000mhz It didn't improve my stability. All frequences doesn't stable. I only stable in 7400mhz.
in 1,60v ram's getting 70C after 15-20 min. I have active fans flowing through to rams.

Yes. I have 0703 Bios. And this bios is really better than old 503 bios. I was stuck 6800-7000mhz. When i try 703bios it makes me stable 7400mhz. Maybe we will have better bios in the future. :unsure: btw thanks for your advice!
