I'm planning on building 3 HTPC in a small mini-ITX case. I'm looking at a Rosewill RS-MI-01 BK - Mini ITX Tower and it comes with a AL8250SFX PSU. I'm wondering if it can handle these rigs?

2 rigs will be this
CPU : AMD Athlon 5350 Kabini Quad-Core 2.05 GHz Socket AM1 25W \
Mobo : ECS KAM1-I (V1.0) AM1
Memory : 1 8gb 1600 1.5v
HDD: 120gb SSD
ROM : DVD burner

The 3rd is this
CPU : AMD Athlon 5350 Kabini Quad-Core 2.05 GHz Socket AM1 25W
Memory : 1 8gb 1866 1.65v
Mobo : ECS KAM1-I (V1.0) AM1
HDD: 1TB WD blue
ROM : Blu-ray player
All 3 will be using the on-chip video.

Here is a pic on the spec on the PSU.

It can do a total of 236 watts 192 of which is on the 12v rail.
No idea how much those systems draw.

With ease. Heck, I'd dare to run it on a decent 80W or 100W PSU.

Your hardware has very low power requirements.

I have an intel dual core celeron (sandy bridge) system with 1 stick RAM and 1 SSD. Draws about 20 watts at the wall, 30 under prime load at the wall. Your system is an even smaller power envelope. You could easily run 4 of thsoe systems on the same tiny power supply. You are fine.
