Can someone expert tell me if these settings are ok?

MB is tomahawk B450

Cooler is Dark Rock 3

So all cores are set to 42.25

Vcore: 1.13V with offset -0.0125V (also tried 1.14V)

PPT 150W (also tried 145W)

TDC 70A

EDC 120A (also tried 115A)

Scalar 1x

https://ibb.co/1T92Lnw

The only reason I did this are the high temps in stock settings(85 CB20)

With PBO and offset temp is about 71-72

Once you set your CPU multiplier to anything other than "Auto" then PBO no longer functions.

Do yourself a favour and please read one of the many guides about Ryzen overclocking, or watch some youtube videos so at least you know the basics ...

Thank you for the link. I tried auto-auto-1(ppt-tdc-edc) as well as 150-100(90)-8(6) with auto vcore and with offset. My cpu is still hot and throttles and cb20 score is worse than from simple undervolting.
Maybe it's because it is 3600(non-x).
Maybe I have to keep it undervolted @1.13/1.14. Much higher score and better temps. This was my purpose from the beginning, better temps and less throttling.
If you have any other suggestions please post.

Yes, I have.
Stop using PBO and use a manual OC.
Personally I never had any good ocing results with PBO on.

So I'm going to keep the 4225mhz with vcore 1.14V and offset -0.0125V that was doing well.
What I can't understand is why RM reports 1.14375V under load.
Shouldn't it be 1.1275V ? Bios reports 1.122V.

Use HWINFO64 for real time monitoring

I have used it. Hwinfo reports 1.14V steady, even when idling.
RM reports 0.6(peak) and 0.23(avg) while idling, 1.1437 under load.
C-states is enabled
Which reports the real voltage?
