So my friend's pc is displaying this and I looked around and noticed that it was indicative of a bad hard drive. I had him run HDTune and here were the results...does this mean that we should RMA the drive?

Drive is a samsung spinpoint f3 1tb. Thanks!

I would just RMA it, you would recieve a fresh one back.
I may be wrong but the warning is for some sectors that arent doing to good at all.

Congratulations, you've caught a problem with your drive BEFORE it got really serious. You should RMA the drive sooner or later, but that probably isn't the cause of the goofy benchmark. Likely some other process is doing a lot of hard drive activity.

Whenever I got S.M.A.R.T. errors on my drive, I instantly got a new one. I would do the same (RMA it). These errors are never good, it's good you caught it early though.

Yea you should rma it before the bad sectors increase, just remember to backup important files and to wipe the drive clean.

Yeah usually by the time SMART picks something up the drive is in a pretty bad state. Back up the data asap and RMA it.
