I was wondering, I have three hard drives, 80gb 7200 RPM 16mb cache, 160gb 7200rpm 8mb cache and a 250gb 7200rpm 8mb cache.

The 250gb drives' fitness bar is empty and performance bar is all the way full. The 160gb drives' fitness bar is half way full and performance is all the way full.
The 80gb drives' fitness bar is full and performance bar is full.

What does "fitness" mean and is it bad that my 250gb has no fitness?
