Safe max load temps for E5200?

I just put this cheap rig together and wanted to do a little burn in before I try overclocking. Right now at stock idle is 28-30 and load with IBT is 46-48. What would be the max safe load temp for a E 5200?

Keep it under 60-65c and it'll be fine.

I know this is a noob question but is that cpu case temp or cpu core temp. My temp monitor shows both.

Core temps. It will be labeled Core 1 and Core 2, make sure both stay bellow 56C

Which temp monitor are you using? I would suggest using Coretemp 0.99.4.

I use coretemp and everest temps read the same on both and I know this question has been asked before and I've seen 2 different answers. Is Tjmax 95 or 100?

Its 100C and is 82C Max on P95 too much? :s
