Im trying to OC my processor, and i normally run it at 200fsb, 2.2ghz but im trying to raise it up to 205fsb but when i run prime95 it gets an error rather quickly. Is it safe to run it at this or should i turn it back down? i dont want to fry anything.

whats your vcore at? stock? try jumping it up a weenie bit and see what that does for stability. also - how hot is the core running? (if you can find out)

Well, check your temps first thing, then run the SuperPi 32M test. If it passes that, it should be stable in most things. I have my chip running at 2.6 GHz right now. It passed SuperPi, but not Prime95, but it runs fine in all my games.

my vcore is running at stock+6% voltage, and the next step up is +12% and ive tried that and the computer turns off as soon as torture test starts so thats very unstable, but ya i dont think the voltage tweaks are gonna fix this.
