Just OC'd my 5770 to 925 GPU Clock, 1300 Memory Clock, and it won't work on stock voltage. Keeps crashing games after 10 minutes because display drivers stops working.

What program should I use to increase the voltage, and how much should I increase it by?

I have MSI afterburner and CCC installed.

That's strange... what drivers are you using? I'm using driver version 8.821 and catalyst version 11.2 and can run 925gpu and 1400 memory easily on stock voltage with no crash issues.

Just updated drivers via Steam AMD Driver Update this morning.

I think the card is getting too hot that's why it's crashing. Either that, or try reloading the drivers.
It goes up to about 75 degrees, but that's it.

Not all cards are the same, But if you can with some voltage tweaks, you can take the core up to 1000 and memory to atleast 1350. I forgot what voltage i used. Try setting a custom fan profile in afterburner.

I have the egg shaped ZNFC which Newegg sells and mine does not have voltage control so far. The voltage regulator on the card is not supported yet by any software except for RBE which can undervolt the card, but that's pretty much it.

Thanks for taking the time. +1 Rep!

I tried it and sadly enough, it did not enable voltage control.

Hey whats the model number for your card?
Mine is the 577X-ZNFC VE.2 and the voltage regulator is the APW7088.

Other people running the ZNFC VC.3 variant of the card were able to unlock voltage control. Check my thread here: http://www.overclock.net/ati-drivers-overclocking-software/935275-xfx-5770-non-ref-locked-voltage.html

Dang that sucks man. You could always try a hard volt mod.
I do not like to hard volt mod it. I am getting 970/1350 at 1.1V so I am really happy and my FPS are very satisfactory.

Maybe the voltage regulator will be supported in the future.
