Samsung 830 SSD is slow now?

Here's a pic. Do you guys have any clue on what is causing this? What I noticed is that the boot screen with the windows logo used to take like 1 second to pass and it completely skipped the login screen cuz it was that fast. Now it takes about 10-15 seconds. It's not really a big deal but I paid for the performance so I wanna know what's the holdup with this. Thanks alot guys! And I read something about AHCI mode. Should my SSD be in it?

do you have TRIM enabled?
I know switching to ahci mode made my ssd boot faster, even on sata2
Looks like your SATA mode is in IDE mode and not in AHCI or RAID. Follow this to change it to AHCI or RAID: www.overclock.net/t/1227636/how-to-change-sata-modes-after-windows-7-installation

Also, looks like your other drive may be failing based on the red do for its SMART data. Wanna post a screenie of that drive too?

If your SATA mode is really ahci - Do you have installed the Intel Rapid storage technology right? You can see in "AS SSD Benchmark" what driver are used and if the Alignment is right.
And what is with your other other harddrive

I would be more concerned about the other drive failing TBH It may be holding your SSD back

As others have said it would help a lot going from IDE to AHCI. enabling trim will help too.

How Full is the SSD?
I was about to say clear up some room but it seems you have enough space. I remember mine went around 200mb/s when I had only 3-5 gb left lol.. cleared up to 20gb and it went back to 500mb/s instantly.
I don't think it's the Samsung with the problem actually. Backup/clone your other drive, disconnect and run the tests again.

We don't even know what PC the SSD is being used on, there are two in the system area, but no mention of a SSD. One PC is all SATA II, the other with two Intel SATA III ports. The Crystal results are clearly SATA II, in IDE mode, no NCQ enabled on that PC.

It does look like the other drive has gone south, taking longer to start up or for Windows to communicate with it. But again, basically a "what's wrong" question with no background information.
