Since our forum population goes through a ton of parts on average, I thought I'd give some feedback regarding my experience with Samsung's RMA. I can't say anything negative at all. Samsung makes quality products and their RMA procedure was a great experience as well. When my 24" LCD went bad, I took advantage of their advanced exchange. After agreeing to a hold put on my credit card for the amount of a new monitor, a brand new one was immediately shipped to me. In the box, a return prepaid shipping label was printed for me and I was instructed to ship the broken monitor back in this box. Once received by Samsung, the hold would be removed from my credit card. Bottomline: A new monitor was shipped to me absolutely free of charge. Samsung pays shipping both ways and even prints the label for us. Thumbs up Samsung
Edit: In case anyone is confused, the advantage to doing this is the fact that you won't be out of a monitor during the RMA process. The new monitor ships instantly.
