Samsung VS ARM VS Qualcomm - Which is best?

ARM Cortex-A8
Samsung S3C6410
Qualcomm 7201A

Sorry I can't be be more specific, but these are the common processors I'm finding in smartphones, specifically:

  • Motorola Milestone (Droid) (550MHz Cortex-A8)
  • SAMSUNG Omnia Pro B7610 (800MHz Samsung S3C)
  • Most HTC Phones (528MHz Qualcomm)

From what I've read, the Samsung can be clocked faster, but needs more Hz to be as affective as the ARM Cortex-A8

For instance, the Motorola Droid (Cortex-A8) and the Samsung Moment (Samsung S3C6410) process about the same speed even though the Samsung Moment is clocked at 800Mhz as opposed to the Droid's 600 MHz

So, can I expect the same performance from the Droid as well as the Omnia Pro B7610 (Omnia II with keyboard
)? Also the Droid has the Cortex-A8 downclocked to 550MHz.
