Thats the dual bios switch, one is UEFI and the other legacy. Also means you can flash it without killing it so easy

ok thanks but problem is which way is what bios.

thinking i have not touched it and the default is legacy bios - the other ways should be uefi

or since i am using uefi windows 10 its is in uefi mode already ? bit confused.

also

what is the difference using uefi vs legacy bios on vga?

Pretty sure the UEFI bios enables things like fast boot, and also has a few security features as well. I just use legacy because I modded my bios and it works just fine.
