How do I know if my motherboard supports SATA NCQ?

And what happens if I run raid 0 with one hard drive that has NCQ and one that doesn't?

Not sure on the what it supports but...
You must have 2 of the exact same drives to assure quality RAID) operation.

SATA II or SATA 3G standard supports NCQ (Native Command Queuing) so the question is does your MD support SATAII.

Ok thanks. But I was pretty sure I saw some motherboards that advertised NCQ but only had SATA 150.

my board supports it, and sata2, its the foxconn winfast nf4uk8aa, its an awesome board too
