Screen flickering after hibernation or at start up, and even after long turned off display happens, and it takes about 5 minutes every time i start my computer to be able to use it normally. My GPU is an AMD r7850m and the first time i experienced the problem was after i installed fallout 4. I might be a coincidence or not.

Anybody else experienced this problem? and if positive, what did you do to fix it?
