Okay im building a computer for a friend and we need all the parts by friday. we have everything except the main part. The frickin motherboard. We ordered the foxconn inferno katana non GTI version and what do we get? the GTI version. we send it back for a non GTI version. they refund us so we have to order it again and we get the GTI version again.
You should talk to a service rep on the phone as you order this time, so they confirm the correct one is entered to be shipped. That sucks though, I'd rage.
EDIT: Newegg is loading slow because their Black Friday sale just started a little bit ago. No doubt everyone is overloading their servers.

i kind of like tigerdirect more............ even though they dont have vast amount of different products they stick with like gigabyte asus, XFX, and evga and sapphire
It was probably a mistake but it was partly on your fault for not contacting them too. You send in a board for an exchange they will ship you the same one unless you clarify.
