In a stupid move I screwed up my X800GTO Bios.

I am receiving a X850PRO Tuesday. In anticipation I had burned
the CD to MOD the X850 Bios. When I rebooted the computer to
check the burn and made sure everything was OK on the CD I must
have hit a key and it attempted (??) to MOD my X800GTO with the
X850PRO BIOS. Now my X800GTO will NOT function at all.

Is there any way to UNDO this.

Thank You VERY Much!!!

My guess is that you've FUBARed it. I guess you best wait for your X850 and maybe keep the GTO as a souvenir?

But err.. why did you buy a X850? it's not that it will be that much faster than the GTO..

I think if you just have a PCI Gfx card you should be able to reflash it with the original bios

I did use a PCI card and reflashed the GTO.
Thank You.

The GTO is going to my #2 machine and that
will make #2 almost a duplicate of #1. Presently
it has a 9600PRO running a Dell 19" UltraSharp.
