I am having some doubts is all the cable with the same colour are the same
eg pin16 &17 from the bigger molex on the power supply is connected to pin 2 on the 24 pin molex
and its posible if instead of connecting them to pin 2 on the 24 pin i connect it to pin 1 on the 24 pin molex.
hopefully some one can understand it
i will be sleeving the cables with coustom made cables that is much longer and i will be stiching them

I'm not sure I totally understand your question. But I guess you are asking about exchanging pins to help cable look nicer.

You can only exchange pins, when you are sure both pins carry the same voltage.



For example, in the picture above, you can exchange pins 1, 2, 12 and 13 because they are all 3.3V (orange); and pins 4, 6, 21, 22 and 23 are all 5V (red); etc.

yes that is what i mean
hoprefully it willl work once my new cable is finish.
ill be swaping quite many cable with the same voltage
