I am currently running a cheap Cooler Master PSU that came with my case, and want to replace it for fear of it burning out my mainboard. Which is better? I have read multiple reviews on each and i am inclined to want the Seasonic. Bear in mind the Corsair PSU is more expensive in my area

Reviews were from there, but i don't know what to make of a lot of them as i don't understand the theory behind an effective PSU.

They're both amazing PSUs, there's not really that much reason to go with one over the other, aside from price and looks. The corsair AX750 is seasonic based anyway, so all the major aspects will be the same.

Yep they are the same thing. I got my Seasonic X750 Gold in late 2009. The Corsair AX series were recently released last year, and they are solid PSUs. Just go with whatever is cheaper.

i would choose the ax750 the cables are better sleeved and its only 10 dollars more.
