while folding....
this is not meant to be a competition im just curious...
and i know that not all projects are equal...
fastest ive seen was like .8seconds a frame, but that turned out to be an error
right now im getting 7 seconds a frame on a gromacs 2500 frame project...
oh yeah and let us know what your running....

Hmmm, I keep getting over 5 minutes a frame. Is that normal for the large Tinker cores?

Last time I checked my little ole AMDs were doing pretty good in the stats. Im getting ready to put my third one back in action. I took my 3200 out for a while.

wouldn't an intel have a significant advantage over amd's cuz they are designed for number crunching?

I don't know what cores I was on but I was doing 6.5 minutes per frame for a 400 frame WU, 4.8 seconds per frame for a 5000 WU, and 7.8 seconds per frame for a 2500 frame WU.

I was reading on the FAH site, and it turns out that they send the largest and most difficult projects to users with the fastest pc's. Not the most processors, but the fastest. That explains why I have yet to receive a project that is less than 5 minutes a frame.
