Hi all I was curious on what program I use to test the load on my system, Not to the point of breaking by forcing it (if thats possible) but just to see what current goes on at load?

I tried running games then minimizing to see temp. but by the time I do all that most if not all the temps change.

particulaly interested in capturing the temps as it happens.

currently have speedfan, CPUID. anyother program I should use?

you should get Prime95 to load it to 100%

doesn't prime95 run the risk of damaging the actual PC since its putting it under unnatural stress? because I cant afford that lol. I just want to somehow run a normal program, or have somthing that put normal loads on so I can see the temps with HWmonitor.

no, it does not. it is completely safe.

if you get a crash while using it it is because something is already unstable and you need to increase voltage if it is OC'd or get it replaced if it is at stock speeds.
