selling my i7 to a local

simple question, should i sell my i7 d0 3910a batch that clocks to 4.1ghz on default voltages and 4.505ghz @ 1.44v with a EVGA SLI LE. Both for $350.00 or no because we both live right next to microcenter so he could get the i7 new for 200.00

I wouldn't sell the CPU as I doubt he'll be able to get such a nice chip now from microcenter. Maybe just try selling the motherboard?

i7 920 at microcenter costs $212 w/ tax.
