Alright... I've been looking for ages. I'm talking games like Titan Quest, Diablo 1/2, etc.

I've played them so much and i've yet to find anything else like them?

1) I don't want a party-based game.
2) I don't want a dialog game, a story is good but going into a town to speak with people for 3 hours isn't fun for me.
3) I don't want a game that has "Lockpicking, "Stealing", or other similiar things that take away from the simple Hack N Slash gameplay.

Diablo 3 is probably going to be late 2010 or early 2011... nothing else out there?

If you just want hack n slash, there are a few FPSs that should fit the bill...

Sacred 2 (diablo wannabe)
Hellgate London ( blizzard employees left blizzard to make this game)
Baulders Gate (a little old)
The Witcher (great game make sure you get the "enhanced edition")

Those are a few hack in slash games

Hack N Slash isn't fun without the important part of you getting stronger the more you do it.. otherwise its just boring

Sacred 2 - Been eyeing it... friend says it good but I can't even bring myself to beat the demo.. I dunno.. something about it turns me away.
Hellgate London - Servers shut down.
Baulder's Gate - Party based

Witcher - Excellent game, however i've beaten it over 5 times. lol

Well... MU Online (MMO) is similar, but it's relatively very very simple. You don't have skill trees, instead you have just a few skills for every class.

You should avoid the official servers because they're just too slow. I'm talking several hours for level 5.

sure it it has dialog and lockpicking but it is more action-oriented.

glad to see someone else is in the exact same boat i'm in...

i've been waiting for diablo 3, playing random rpg/hacknslash games for a few months now, and nothing can satisfy the itch..

I'd be greatly interested if someone could provide titles of a diablo-esque rpg style game.

I just remembered another one. Fate is similar to Diablo.

I think you'll really like it, and not many people have heard of it so you probably haven't played it.
