I recently purchased MSI B350M gaming pro motherboard for my Ryzen 1700. I'm able to overclock it to 38.75ghz at 1.40v with LLC2. I'm not able to change the voltage to above 1.40 and bios does not allow me to raise any higher than 1.40 since its not recommended.I'm currently on 7A39v2C bios.
I have tried increasing voltage through command center and even then it stops me from increasing over 1.40.
I had Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 before and it allowed me to set voltage over 1.40v.
Is there any setting that needs to be enabled to set higher voltage?

As per design from MSI.

They want you to buy their better boards to OC higher.

I'm able to get higher than 1.4v. I have expert mode enabled in the oc menu, rather than normal. I'm not sure if that's why I'm able to achieve a higher voltage, however. (my board is the msi tomahawk b350)
