So after building my SG05-300W and having the 300W PSU turn off under load, I decided to cram in a bigger unit.
Previous build

SG05-600W
Intel i5-2500K
ASUS Z77ITX-Deluxe
8GB DDR3 1600 Gskill
PNY Nvidia GTX 670
2x 1TB 2.5" HGST 7200RPM RAID0
1x 120GB Corsair Force 3 SSD

CPU 4.8GHZ around 70C Prime95
GPU 1200MHZ core

I could shorten the PSU cables, route them better, paint the case black etc but I went for a pure function > form for this revision. The future will tell if I take this build further. I do however need to find a grille for the front fan before someone looses a finger.

Nice.

Probably would have been easier to buy one of the 450W SFX PSUs that comes with the 450W version from someone who upgraded to the modular version.

Then again, if everyone went the easy way, these forums would have about 1/10 the traffic.
