hi. i want to ship a DSLR international.
but is it safe to go tru the CUSTOMS security X-ray scanner?
will it broke my DSLR?

no xray scannners will not damage a DSLR.

I would be more worried about them tossing your parcel around, I've put my 30D with a CF card through many Xrays and it has come out fine, images and all, so it is fine.

ok...thanks guys.
more input anyone..just want to confirm..i have Samsung NX10.
i just scare the red infra or radiative active laser or anything that will break that DSLR..

Be sure to mark the package "Fragile" so that it won't be roughly handled. Xray scanners are nothing to worry about these days. They used to be a hazard for film (even now they're film safe), which is why some still think they can damage any camera.
