I would return it and just look/wait for something a little better. Especially with the 2nd gen i3 i5 and i7 mobiles out now, expect the first gen to start dropping.
Should I be worried about B940 processor not having Hyperthreading and turboboost?
I just bought a laptop for 380 from best buy with B940 processor which does not support hyperthreading and turbo boost. I mostly use laptop for internet and videos and some occasional photoshop stuff.....should i be worried about stripped features of this processor?

No you shouldn't be worried. For what you plan to use the laptop for hyperthreading will not be needed.
