should i get i7-3770K ivy bridge to maximize titan?

i'm using i7-2600k sandy with p8z68-v.

thoughts? thanks!

I can get the ivy bridge + motherboard for $420. I can probalby sell my p8z68 + sandy bridge K cpu for $250 to $350 maybe. is it worth it?

No. The 2600K is easily enough to get the most out of a Titan. The 3770K doesn't overclock as well as the 2600K so when both are overclocked to the max they will normally perform about the same.
