The ram you have is fine. It won't overclock with the best but its decent ram at an inexpensive price.
If you dont overclock, add another gig for some of the newer games (BF2, etc...).
It'll make a difference, especially in the newer upcoming games.

i dont think that, that is my ram, i used a program and this is what it said

I know its ballistix

DDR-SDRAM 2.2-3-3-8 2CMD
Speed- 2x 201 HMz
MP 1/12x
Speed PC3200 2.0-2-2-8

You can get into your BIOS and change your ram timings (looser like 2.5-3-3-7)
to achieve higher frontside bus speeds.
Your current timings are too tight if your trying to oc them.

im not trying to oc im just trying to find out

1.what ram i have
2.is it any good
3.how is it for gaming
4.should i make it faster (overclock)
5.how do i make it faster\\better performance for gamming

you could open your case and look and see what it says on the ram modules,then search online to see how good it is,and overclock you computer to improve performance...or if you dont want to OC then just run a cpu:ram divider to favor the ram example. 4:5
