run like prime95 while looking at your temps...or anything like cpuburnin or anything that stresses cpu...load temps are most important

ya y dont u do some folding that puts ur temp up (100% cpu usage)

about 36/37 degrees running prime 95 torture doesnt seem to go over 40 also how many hours is it for stability on prime 95? 3?

12-24, but usally the first 5min are the most important

are you sure your using defualt heatsink and fan. actaually, i think you might have some temperature reading area's. How hot is your room temp on average. I can't say how the hell you get temps below room temp if your using a crappy HSF and fan.

i've said this bfore aswell. Overclock till you reach 60C on load temps or you get unstable.
