You may have read my posts a couple weeks back about my defective DIR-615, and later that day, I phoned them with a frolicky tone in my voice and they replaced my router with a brand-spanking new... DIR-615. Even though I specifically asked for something that wasn't D-LINK... Either way.

It worked fine up until now, it won't forward my damn ports. It's done so before without a problem - but meh. Now it just won't work. BitComet says the ports are blocked, my friends can't join my TeamSpeak Server, and CanYouSeeMe.org can't see me on any port I attempt to open.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Nope.. I don't have the confidence to flash it without an ethernet cable, and I can't seem to find my box of cables that I have all my CAT5s in

I would start there for sure. Firmware fixes bugs like you are describing!

I've looked up o the issue on google, and it looks like people with the latest (5.00) are experiencing similar issues :/ I was considering flashing it and installing DD-WRT..

If DDWRT is available for your router by all means yes do it! DDWRT is wicked! I run it on every router I can that supports it!
