Personally Id go the RAID 5 route, only lose 1 HD worth of space instead of half.

You ever done any case modding? I started a project on my HAF932 last summer, but havent finished it yet.

What are your ambient temps? Because with my GPU at 70-85% activity (folding), and my fan manually set at 42%, my gpu sits perfectly at 62c. If I leave the fan to be automatically controlled, it goes into the 70s, and the fan sits at about 30%. My ambient temperature is 70F.

Starting with Vista, MS allowed for multiple different drivers for video cards

This allows other cards to be used for other monitors, or other instances where they work separately, but they dont render together.
