Yes. You really want to buy a new board and new cpu and reload for 20-25% more performance?

You need a respectable GPU, not a new CPU

If you have the mind power to wait through some killer games like BF3, Dirt 3, Mass Effect 3......then I would wait. Your current setup will get you through life till then lol. You can splurge in 9 months or so and get a really good IVY system and rock all those sweet games!

Oh if you're feeling for an upgrade a 500 series nVidia or a 6000 Series ATI gpu will really change things dramatically in your gaming life.

I want to say just get a new GPU and wait, but its a dell. To get a decent GPU you need a better PSU. Dell cases aren't known for their great cooling or air flow either so that could cause issues. And a Dell prop. mobo... eesh.
If you can wait, try to till the new 2011 SB parts and BD release at least, to get existing parts cheaper at least.
If you want a whole new system keep the CPU, optical drives, HDD's and Sound card at least.
Basically it comes down to what you are doing and what you plan to do in the future, knowing that would help us provide the best advice, otherwise, we can pull you in a million directions

If u dont like the 4670, then sell it or buy another gpu then sell the 4670 ( if u have no backup )

Other than that, skip SB

Just wait, while I do love my 2600k, I only got it as my system was wayy out of date and Sandy was a great deal in terms of price and performance right now .I would just upgrade your GPU or you could wait it out and then just go all out with LGA 2011.

The heart wants what the heart wants. I'd rather be in the position to resell a SB part out than a X58 45nm quad-core when Ivy arrives.

I'd much rather upgrade the GPU and monitor you have. GTX 460 with a 1920x1080 / 1920x1200 monitor should be a great bang-for-buck setup.
