Hey folks.

Just built my new system and I'm sort of tinkering with everything. I'm running SLI Palit's 460 1 gig Sonic Plat (factory 800 mhz). I've OC my cards to about 850, and got it to be stable. I'm thinking about seeing if I can get them to 900, but I don't think I can without adjusting voltage. At this point I'm worried about heat, as after about 2-3 hours of gaming, I noticed the top card is reaching 73-74 degrees, but fan on auto is only reaching 60%.

Whats everyone else running? Anyone know what the limit seems to be with stock voltage? Mine shows 1.025.

If the fans don't bother you, why not crank the fan to 100% and see what they are capable of. Then you can debate if you want them that high, etc.

I guess the stock for Palit's Sonic Plat must be 1.025. Curious is anyone is running 850 or 900 on air.

I keep my fans on auto just because my temps never get THAt hot. If they went over 75-80 I'd crank the fans, but the auto feature on Afterburner does a pretty decent job. 100% fans though, it's ridiculously loud. Even 75% is loud, as my pc sits on my desktop.

running at 870/1050 @ 1.087 volts.

so far so stable with a bunch of tests. max temps is 72c with auto fan.

Whats your memory clock at? Mines 2000. Can't believe yours is stable at that voltage, I wonder why Palit has such high voltage.

mem is 1050=2100 (Afterburner and gpu-z read them differently)

and temps, mem, etc.
