My 570 came with one...

They are very much required.

Here's two options:

Take a look here on OCN, I think there are some that people are selling for ~$5+ shipping.

EDIT: Wow newegg has them overpriced, here's one on TigerDirect:

Or that your board doesn't support SLI.

EDIT: The newegg box doesn't have an SLI bridge either.

Almost every ATX size, enthusiast board comes with one, as do most cards that can use them. Since you got an M board perhaps the assume people aren't going to sli on the small form factor boards... but I'm not sure.

Because they're clever. A micro-atx board with SLi bridge? it only has two slots as well. No SLi bridge = keep costs down for people who just want a home theater build / non-powerful build. Normally all enthusiast boards / upper-mainstream boards come with up to Quad-SLi and 2-3 Crossfire Links

I shouldn't have to buy one separately. I bought two new video cards for $120 each, and a new motherboard for $150, and not one of them come with an sli bridge? Doesn't seem right.

Well you bought a m-ATX board and are complaining about lack-of-features. Not their fault. Yours.
