as of right now i need a new processor and a motherboard. my budget is $200, mother needs to have agp and only be under 10" 10". as i slowly upgrade my comp, after these ill be putting in the 7800gs.

if more information is needed please tell me how i can get it for you.

Is this going to be a default system or OCed.
mATX format MB for OCing are very limited.
