Not sure if this is the right place to put this and if anybody will know... but my cable providers tech support sucks and maybe one of you has experienced this before.
Like the title says, I get perfect quality on my HD channels... but when I start watching standard def channels there is a 'vibrating' or 'jitter' to certain parts of the picture. The bottom border of the picture gets the most jitter. Any help is appreciated!
Oh also, when I open the guide to switch between channels there is no jitter at all in the guide...
