You wont know until you go for at least 4.4 Ghz. Any i7 can do 4.0-4.2 with ease, if you know what you are doing, it's like a walk in the park, especially with Phoenix Award bios. 4.4+ is a real test.

Speak for yourself, I can't even use the 21x mutliplier and I need 1.45v to hit 3.9GHz. And yet, 1.26v for 3.8GHz.
