So the 9800GT is the 8800GT, and the GTX250 is the 9800GT rebranded right?
So wouldn't that mean that the GTX250 is essentially an 8800GT?
(I think it's the 8800GT, could be the 8800GTX though, and it's either GTX250 or GTX240 can't remember quite right.)

9800GT is similar to a 8800GT.

8800 GT = 9800GT with higher clock and a g92a core.
8800GTS 512 = 9800GTX with higher clock and g92a core.
9800GTX+ (note the +) = GTS250.
the 9800GTX+ is the higher clocked 9800GTX with a die shrink so it produces less heat.

Yeah it's very confusing indeed.

And Nvidia has cancelled the 9800 GT< GTS 240 thing
