My timing for ram is 2-3-2-7...is that good? And just to make sure, lower is better, right?

yes. Lower is better.<br><br>
Timings are all in amount of delays...(in number of clocks)...<br><br>
Lower is always better....unless it causes instability.

righ now= 179Mhz<br><br>
How do I increas the speed with out clocking the cpu and FSB?

Umm...how did it get that low? Raise the FSB if it's not at 200 already...<br><br>
Raise the divider if it is...

ok, I changed it from 3:2 to 6:5 and now its at 228.4Mhz. I also went back to stock timing which is 2.5-4-4-8.

856 is good, just keep below 1040. At 856 you have room to up the CPU speed provided the heat is kept in check... 50c under full load is considered the max.
