Your new custom molded buds for your headphones arrived?

Custom ear-things?
What would you consider way too much? I am just getting sleeves, but I found them to be an entirely reasonable price.Originally Posted by Live_free;13076883
You spent way too much money on custom headphones?
yea, I can not stand ear buds because they always fall out. I love my in-ear headphones, but they start to have irritating pressure points if I wear them for more than an 1.5-2 hours. so I decided to get some custom tips for mine so that they will not have any pressure points.Originally Posted by SmokinWaffle;13076991
Oh wow, that's pretty neat. I've never been able to keep earbuds in my ear either, or enjoy the feel of "in ear" earphones. Interesting solution.
I went to an audiologist and had them do it. it is not painful at all, the pink stuff is a soft two-part silicon that they mix and inject into your ears with a syringe type thing. it is cold for a few seconds, and you can't hear well while the molds are setting, but they only have to be in your ears for about 5 minutes before they are set up. The process was not unpleasant at all.Originally Posted by Ipwnnubletz;13077005
How do you stick that goop in your ears without hurting them? That sounds rather painful, actually.
