I've been looking to run cable to my computer so I can watch it on my secondary monitor for the longest time now. Most cards are usually pretty expensive, especially HD ones. I was wondering if this would work. (In Canada, If that matters?)

I've also herd that some of the cheaper cable cards have really shotty software. Knowing EVGA, that wouldn't be a problem.

Here's there full retail version:

Yes, that bundle will allow you to watch TV by using your computer, but it seems like the HD portion of the card will only work with over the air signals ( antennae )
