I have a simple question, can I activate a software that I purchased on all the OSs I have on the same computer ( the same motherboard ) like Photoshop, or a PAID antivirus ?
I think I can, since the license relates to the motherboard I think, if I am mistaken, then please tell me.

It depends on the software. Photoshop licensing can be done in several different ways, and yes it is linked to the computer hardware. Depending on the vendor, antivirus software can be tied to one computer or activated multiple times.
