Issue: When I push the FCLK above 2000, iGPU Memory Clock cannot keep up. I tried this on ASRock A520M-ITX/AC and when FCLK = 2067 MHz, iGPU Memory Clock = 2067 MHz.

Solution: Raised the FCLK to 2100 or 2200 and the iGPU Mem Clk in HWINFO64 was reported the same as the FCLK. My speculation: you need to use values of 100s for the iGPU to follow FCLK. For eg: FCLK 1900, 2000, 2100, 2200, 2300 and so on.

SoC Uncore/OC Mode = Enabled
vSOC = SET 1.154v in BIOS

CPU: Ryzen 7 5700G
GPU: Vega 8 iGPU
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550M AORUS ELITE (BIOS: F14C; tested on F13 and same issue)

you need to manually increase your ram speeds multiplier to 2066 in the bios.
RAM Speed = 4133
UCLK = MCLK = FCLK = 2067

This only happens when I push beyond 4000/2000.

Cause fclk at 2k is really hard to do. Above 2k is impossible pretty much. Its also one mhz off. Spread spectrum could be rounding it. 2067x2=4134

I
but your hwinfo screenshot shows your ram speed at 4033(2016), you forgot to increase by 1 multiplier in bios
I managed to fix it. For some reason, when I set the FCLK to 2100 or 2200, it actually did show iGPU memory clock at 2100 and 2200. My guess is, iGPU Mem Clk only does 100s?
