I was using VGA ->VGA-DVI->GPU
Just hooked up a new DVI-DVI cable, and GTA4 looks messed up. I knew right away just in the loading screen with the characters pictures, their outer edges are all jagged.
In game same thing, many lines that looked solid and smooth are now jagged, even the lines on the GPS are jagged, and even the words asking if you want to quit are messed up.
I checked Far Cry 2 and Fallout NV, and they look at least as good as I remember, and I checked some 700MB .avi movies and they looked normal too.
The animated smilies to my left as I type look more pixelated than I remember too.
If there's no fix for this GTA4 problem, I'll go back to the other.
Any thoughts
